Noratec GmbH is the seventh control center in Lower Saxony to equip the KRLS Göttingen with DIASweb.

The control center serves the city and district of Göttingen covering an area of 1.234 km² with approx. 365,000 inhabitants.

This resulted in more than 71,000 deployments per year, of which around 90 percent are in the area of rescue services and patient transportation.

NoraTec supplies the DIASweb modules for fire protection, rescue services, traffic accidents, mountain/cave/water emergencies as well as patient and intensive care transport and carries out the basic training of dispatchers with certification.

The Magdeburg Integrated Control Center was the next control center in Saxony-Anhalt to go live with DIASweb.

Following the successful implementation of the software modules and subsequent data maintenance, the NoraTec training team trained and certified the Magdeburg control center staff in emergency call handling with DIAS^SOPweb. This will be followed by instruction in the DIAS^QMweb module for quality management and statistics.

The control center is responsible for the area of the state capital Magdeburg with its approx. 226,000 inhabitants and 201 km² area.

Every year, the Bonn Integrated Control Center coordinates around 4,000 fires and technical assistance services, 10,000 emergency doctor call-outs as well as 33,000 emergency and around 40,000 ambulance transports.

After prior data maintenance and training/certification of the control center dispatchers, the system was commissioned at the end of 2023.

As a special feature, DIASweb is used to carry out pre-alerting of emergency services during the ongoing emergency call, which is made available to the operations control system for alerting via a corresponding configuration.

The “Standardized emergency call query” project is a joint project as part of the cooperation between the fire and rescue service control centres of the city of Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district.
