This year also brought several special occasions: we honored three colleagues for their ten-year company anniversaries – an impressive testament to the stability and reliability of our team. In addition, we officially marked the change in leadership of our training department and warmly welcomed the new management.

As always, the day concluded with a shared dinner in a relaxed setting – a welcome opportunity to wind down after a productive day and celebrate the team spirit that defines us.

By implementing existing datasets from another Thuringian control center into DIASweb, we are able to significantly reduce data maintenance efforts in advance.

ILS Eichsfeld-Heilgenstadt will also be equipped with DIASweb modules for non-police emergency call handling and patient transport coordination, and will receive DIASEVL, the most advanced quality management system currently available on the market.

We look forward to preparing the dispatchers for working with DIASweb through our training sessions and workshops, and to a successful joint project implementation.

This year marked our first time attending the EENA Conference 2025 – and we look back on several exciting and inspiring days. The international emergency call and control center community gathered in Helsinki to exchange ideas on innovations, challenges, and future trends in the field of emergency communications.

For us, participating in EENA was not only a premiere, but also a confirmation of our approach: “Asking the right questions saves lives” – our slogan resonated strongly with visitors from a wide range of countries. Interest in our software solution DIASweb was high, particularly in the context of the increasingly complex demands placed on modern, multimedia-enabled control centers.

The presentations and discussions at EENA clearly demonstrated how rapidly the world of emergency response is evolving. The need for intelligent, forward-thinking software solutions to support control center operations is growing – and this is exactly where our emergency call-handling technology comes into play.

The two control centres will be equipped with all DIASweb modules, with the exception of police emergency response. The use of our innovative software solution for emergency call enquiry ensures that the dispatchers can react quickly and precisely to emergencies.

Another important aspect of the project is the comprehensive training of all dispatchers at the two control centres. NoraTec pays great importance to in-depth training to ensure that staff are optimally prepared for every emergency call. All training courses are carried out as in-house events using intensive simulation training with a practical orientation.

In addition, a quality management system will be implemented in both control centres. This system will help to continuously improve work processes and ensure high standards in emergency care.

By winning this tender, NoraTec consolidates its position as a leading provider in the field of emergency call enquiry technology.
