Successful Launch of DIASweb at ILS Karlsruhe

At NoraTec, we are pleased to reflect on the successful launch of our innovative emergency call query system DIASwebat the Integrated Control Center (ILS) Karlsruhe. Following the awarding of the project contract, we conducted ten intensive training sessions to practically prepare the entire operational staff for the live rollout – which has now successfully begun.

DIASweb represents a new standard in modern emergency call handling: user-friendly, standardized, and at the same time flexible in its application. This web-based software solution offers a forward-looking response to the growing demands in control center operations – as also confirmed by the consistently positive feedback from Karlsruhe.
