Following the Central Emergency Control Center West Thuringia, the control centers in Nordhausen and Unstrut-Hainich, NoraTec is now equipping its fourth control center in Thuringia with DIASweb for standardized emergency call handling: ILS Eichsfeld-Heilgenstadt.
By implementing existing datasets from another Thuringian control center into DIASweb, we are able to significantly reduce data maintenance efforts in advance.
ILS Eichsfeld-Heilgenstadt will also be equipped with DIASweb modules for non-police emergency call handling and patient transport coordination, and will receive DIASEVL, the most advanced quality management system currently available on the market.
We look forward to preparing the dispatchers for working with DIASweb through our training sessions and workshops, and to a successful joint project implementation.
