NoraTec has won the tender for equipping the Integrated Control Center in Siegen-Wittgenstein. With this project, NoraTec will equip another integrated control center in North Rhine-Westphalia with DIASweb.
The control center will be equipped with DIASweb modules for non-police emergency call handling, including patient transport coordination. The use of DIASweb ensures that dispatchers can respond to emergencies safely, quickly, and accurately.
In addition, the new quality management system DIASEVL will be implemented, contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and ensuring the high standards of emergency services.
With this contract, DIASweb replaces an existing emergency call handling system and further strengthens its position as a leading provider of emergency call handling technology. We are proud to contribute to the safety of citizens in the Siegen-Wittgenstein control center area and look forward to the joint project implementation with our customer.
