When people call emergency services, every second counts. To provide emergency response teams with more targeted and faster support, the Integrated Control Centres of Mansfeld-Südharz and Burgenlandkreis are introducing a modern, standardized emergency call interrogation system.
NoraTec is supplying and implementing DIASweb, a powerful software solution that guides emergency dispatchers step by step through the handling of emergency calls. Standardized interrogation protocols ensure that critical information is captured reliably, emergency situations are assessed accurately, and the basis for fast and safe dispatching of emergency response teams is established.
Intelligent Support for Emergency Control Centres
DIASweb’s standardized emergency call interrogation supports control centre staff in their day-to-day decision-making and ensures that incoming emergency calls are handled consistently and transparently. Critical information is available at an early stage and can be transferred efficiently into further incident processing and the dispatch of emergency response teams.
To ensure a seamless end-to-end process, the solution is being integrated in close cooperation with LIS GmbH, the manufacturer of the control centre system in use. This creates an efficient flow of information – from the initial emergency call through to the dispatch of emergency response teams.

With this project, the Integrated Control Centres of Mansfeld-Südharz and Burgenlandkreis are making an important contribution to the continued digitalization and quality improvement of emergency call handling. NoraTec is contributing its many years of experience in control centre and safety technology and, together with its project partners, is laying the foundation for efficient and future-ready control centre operations.
