The Integrated Control Centre (ILS) Stade has successfully commenced live operations with DIASweb, the standardized emergency call interrogation software developed by NoraTec GmbH. After NoraTec was awarded the contract in 2024 to introduce a standardized emergency call interrogation system in Stade, the successful go-live marks another important milestone in the project. Following successful project implementation, system administration, and intensive training for the dispatchers, DIASweb is now supporting the day-to-day operations of the control centre. The modern software enables standardized and quality-assured handling of emergency calls in the areas of emergency medical services, fire and rescue services, traffic accidents, patient transport, and water rescue.
The ILS Stade is now one of numerous control centres in Lower Saxony and Northern Germany that rely on NoraTec’s software solutions. By doing so, these control centres are making an important contribution to the further standardization and digitalization of emergency call interrogation, as well as to effective quality management in control centre operations.
The successful implementation of DIASweb in Stade also underlines the continuing trend in Northern Germany towards modern and quality-assured processes in emergency control centre operations. Further control centres in the region are currently implementing DIASweb or preparing for its operational deployment. As a result, the network of NoraTec solution users in Northern Germany continues to grow.
