For a long time, we deliberately avoided personal contact, but now it was time to work together on the further development of current projects.
In compliance with the Corona hygiene rules, all company members met over two days at the “Perspektivenraum” conference facilities in Landsberg.
On the first day, selected trainers were introduced to the new police training concept. On the second day, the focus was on the “innovations” in our current DIASSOPweb software, as well as on the training status of our new colleagues.
The annual meetings are an integral part of the corporate culture at NoraTec GmbH, contribute to the positive and collegial atmosphere in the team and ensure the high quality of our products and training courses.
Am ersten Tag wurden ausgewählte Trainer in das neue Konzept der Polizeischulung eingeführt. Am zweiten Tag lag der Fokus auf den „Neuheiten“ in unserer aktuellen Software DIASSOPweb, sowie auf dem Ausbildungsstand unserer neuen Kollegen.
