We are pleased to equip ILS Jerichower Land in Burg as the sixth control center in Saxony-Anhalt with DIASweb.
Due to the redundancy arrangement with the Altmark/Stendal control center, a shared instance for standardized emergency call handling with DIASweb will be operated in both control centers in the future. Its implementation ensures that all dispatchers can respond to emergencies safely, quickly, and accurately.
In addition to the modules for non-police emergency call handling, the Jerichower Land control center will also be equipped with the patient transport call handling module. DIASEVL complements the system portfolio as a modern quality management and statistics module.
Through the commissioned basic training sessions and workshops for dispatchers as well as multipliers/key users, all control center staff will be qualified and certified to work with DIASweb.
